Scott Harrison CeMap

Founder & Director

Scott is the co-founder and managing director of Harmony, and has a wealth of market knowledge and experience, having worked as a CeMap qualified mortgage advisor for over 10 years and also in the health cover and insurance industry for over 15 years; both as a manager and also as an advisor, he is perfectly positioned to be able to both guide and advise you on the right options for your needs.

In previous years his rise through the ranks at AXA PPP, from trainee advisor to managing teams of over twenty staff is indicative of how a strong work ethic and determination achieves positive results. The move to start Harmony followed a long and very successful career within some of the largest companies in the world and he is now responsible for all activities within the business.

Kirsty Bennett

SME PMI Specialist

Kirsty specialises in both General and Private Medical insurance for individuals and businesses alike. Before co-founding Harmony, Kirsty underwent extensive training and entered a management programme within one of the biggest insurers in the world specialising in all aspects of General Insurance including Personal, International PMI and Business products, and was a highly successful and key member within the business.

Kirsty has continued to expand her knowledge in all areas of insurance with her attention focusing on both personal and also business cover; building and expanding relationships with her current clients and portfolio.

Niels Jensen CeMap

Senior Mortgage Consultant

Prior to joining Harmony, Niels held a number of senior roles within the mortgage industry. He specialised in generating mortgage business from both new and existing customers. Niels has successfully established a longstanding and loyal client base which he now services alongside his role within Harmony.

Niels holds the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice and has over 20 years of experience within the mortgage industry; he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the current team here.

Hollie Campbell-Smith

Customer Account Manager

Hollie’s main role is to look after our new and existing customers at all stages, whilst supporting the advisers.
Each client at Harmony is meticulously cared for, and Hollie is the primary point of contact for this; be it updating clients on start dates or underwriting, to managing their annual renewal, she is there to support at every stage.

Ian Dando

Mortgage Advisor

Ian has been involved in financial services since. He is proud to call himself an independent mortgage broker, where clients’ interests are at the core of his advice and values. Ian is most at home outdoors and taking part in sports in general . Taking (or is it dragging ) his wife and young son to every sporting occasion he can has become his main hobby and he is hoping to see the England cricket team fight for the Ashes in Australia at some point in the near future.

Emma Maxwell

Mortgage and Protection Advisor

Over her careers in both the NHS and the financial services Emma has always enjoyed working with people and getting to know them. When she is not working, she likes spending time with her family and walking the dog in the forest then relaxing with a book or film and a glass of red wine.

Cat Godden

Client Completion Manager

Cat enjoys spending her free time making memories with her young daughter (or rather running around after her)! She also enjoys going for long forest walks, no matter the weather, and doing small DIY projects at home in her spare time.
