Private Medical Insurance

Why Have Private Healthcare?

When you take out private health insurance you can be assured that depending on your cover, you will be treated in private facilities should the need arise, and  you can avoid NHS waiting times.

Private health insurance gives you fast access to high quality healthcare that you can fit around your lifestyle. You can choose when you are seen and where; you can even have access to medicines and treatments that aren’t available through the NHS.

The Process

If you have a medical issue and your GP refers you for treatment, you can then contact your provider to check what happens next; normally, once the claim has been checked and authorised, you will get an authorisation code.

You can then just simply call your chosen hospital from your specified list and book in at a suitable time for you and the consultant of your choice.
